Our ninth bike station was installed last week.
The installation of the bike hub near the entrance to the Joondalup Train Station, an area referred to as Station Square, marks the completion of the first stage of our Joondalup trial network. (Stage two will involve identifying possible new bike station locations.)
Management at Lakeside Joondalup had been looking at ways to activate the area and were enthusiastic about being involved with urbi and providing those who visit their shopping centre with another way to get around.
This station is perfectly located for those who travel into Joondalup by train and need to get around the local area.
It’s also right near Max Brenner Chocolate Bar… yum!
